This service is brought to you by CAN Telecom hereinafter referred to as "CAN". The "Contract Holder" is hereinafter referred to as the "Customer".

There is no contract period

The CAN products and services can be used in conjunction with other services.

All services are provided on a pre-paid basis.

There are no registration fees charged by CAN.

CAN is not responsible for any problems on the network resulting in temporary or long term loss of service. There cannot be any claims on CAN of whatsoever nature for such loss of service.

Acceptance of service by the customer gives CAN consent to use the details contained in the sign up form for the purpose of billing, mail shots and in any way CAN feels will benefit the customer.

It is CAN's policy to work on behalf of it�s customers to achieve the best rates and services and therefore CAN reserves the right to change terms and conditions, services and rates with 7 days prior notice. Either in writing to the customer or posting such change on it�s website.
