Instructions for use of our Internet Billing Service
By clicking on the link below you will load the CAN Telecom
Internet Billing Web Site. This web site allows our customers to view
their bills securely online 24 hours a day 7 days week. Options are
available to itemise their calls giving an in-depth in-site into
call spread or to run detailed analysis such as;
- Most Expensive Calls Call Type Summary
- Longest Calls
- Frequently Dialled Numbers
- International Call Summary
When the Web page has loaded you will be prompted to log in.
- Usernames
are set by customer services.
- Passwords are set by customer Services.
We advise
that you change your password at the first opportunity.
Once you have entered the site you will be given the options to look
directly at your accounts and call records.
By selecting the Accounts option you open your Account History. At this
point you can see all your previous payments and charges. All this in your Internet Billing Account
This next screen gives you a Bill Breakdown and allows you to open
the bill by selecting Call Records, to look at the charges per
phone line.
You have a full Call Itemisation Report for you to study online or print off.
If you choose you can save this report for later by opting to download
the report to your computer, this is done by clicking on the Download
button at the bottom of your screen and following the straight forward
prompts.
